Frédéric DECONINCK

 

With a competency to intervene at all stages of the asset management value creation chain(acquisition, restructuring, letting, property management and asset disposals) on behalf of French or international clients, Frédéric is a recognized expert in real estate who has worked for 17 years for large institutional groups such as Gecina and Axa Real Estate.

 

In a nutshell his contributions are :

 

• 1.2 Bn€ of investments in office, retail, logistics and hotel premises

• Letting of 300,000 sqm of office, retail and logistics properties

• More than 200 lease contracts negotiated

 

Frédéric holds a Master degree in Management of Dauphine and a Master degree in Marketing of Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers.
